In the midst of the uproar caused by Play’s accusations of buying Activision, XBOX had a copy/parody of God of War to your store… which is no longer available.
doKratosiconic and exclusive character of PlayStation in the shop of Xbox? That’s how it is! microsoft allowed or did not see the game in jest of the false and parodic of God of War just in one of the most tense moments in the relationship between both companies.
This “video game” called War Gods Zeus of Child was sighted in the Store official of Xbox for a short period of time where users could get it in exchange for 4 dollars. Logically, to avoid possible legal problems in the future, the copy is no longer available.
Undoubtedly, the intention is well achieved: create a parody that makes fun of the successful block buster of his main rival. To carry it out, the “game” presents us with a Kratos paler than normal inside a kind of coliseum where a single type of creature slowly approaches in hordes to bring you down, or at least that’s what they seem to try…
Obviously being a joke, the gameplay is horrible, with extremely slow and uncoordinated movements, to the point that Kratos does not even move his feet, but rather slides on the ground (A leak hidden from what we will see in ragnarok?).
All jokes aside, a key factor in this whole thing is the timing. Statements recently came to light Sony regarding the purchase that the company founded by Bill Gates will perform on Activision-Blizzardwhere the Japanese were very critical.
Perhaps, this joke inside the store of Xbox has to do with this matter, as maybe not. Neither side made a statement, and neither is expected to do so. For its part, the work carried out is attributed to the developer Dolaka Inc.the same ones who already worked on parodies for Fall Guys, Devil May Cry and SuperHot, among others. What did you think of this gaming masterpiece?
