Everything comes to an end, and also the month of August ends. Next week we say goodbye to the month par excellence of the summer holidays while we see the return to school approaching and, even in the distance, next autumn. If you also return to your routine, our weekly menu will help inspire you to cook these days, but if you are still on – or starting – the holidays, it is also a good time to enjoy the stove.
We will continue preparing dishes that are still fresh for a few weeks at home, although we hope that we will not experience a heat wave like the one that just happened again. We turn on the oven little by little with enthusiasm without forgetting the salads, which will come in handy for the lunch box back to work, and we allow ourselves the odd whim to finish speeding up the last days of the holidays.
