In the drawer of the air fryer, from which we will have removed the grid, we place the cherry tomatoes, which we will simply have washed. You can use any variety or like us mixture of pear type and round type or of various colors. Add three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a few grains of coarse salt.
We also add two or three cloves of garlic open in half, a bay leaf and aromatic herbs to your liking. I used fresh thyme sprouts and dried oregano leaves. Mix well with your hands so that the tomatoes are well impregnated and cook at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking we watch and shake a little for a better result.
We open the fryer without oil and we dump its content in a tupperware or lunch boxwhere we can keep them in good condition in the fridge for two or three days, although you probably eat them in one sitting without having to keep them.
