On the other hand, it allows employees to move to another city, have a better quality of life and be able to avoid transportation times that are generally experienced in large cities.

Jorge Tomasi – We always have to consider that if we want our employees to become the main promoters of our brand, with a sense of belonging and create a marketing channel where they themselves are speaking well about what the company is doing, that they be the spokespersons and show this loyalty to the brand and the employer.
We have to remember, in the first place, it is very important that the entire training and development part of the collaborator prepare and guide them and teach them what the company is doing globally or locally, depending on the time of the company and always be very clear about the circumstances. in which we are operating
In the same way, it is important to give them the treatment they deserve, that as a company we are transparent in the message we want to give and in this way have promoters of our brand not only in the commercial part, but in all areas of the company.

Jorge Tomasi – In the efficiency of a company, the use of digital tools can be very important since it has benefits when using them to meet the needs of the business. For example, if we have a talent management or workforce management tool, this will give us the possibility of being able to manage and be aware of the conditions of our workers in a more efficient way.
These tools will allow the company to be in permanent contact with them, for them to communicate with each other and thus have greater management and efficiency when operating the entire part of Human Resources.
