In 2022, the company carried out the refinancing of bank loans related to the Titan and Vermont portfolios, for a total of 720 million dollars, which are linked to the EDGE certification of 1.2 million square meters in the following 5 years.
According to the firm, to date 1.4 million square meters have been certified under LEED, BOMA, Well and EDGE standards. And it is projected that by 2030, the certification will extend to 4.4 million square meters, which is equivalent to 37.7% of its current portfolio.
Regarding the updating of new environmental commitments, Fibra Uno, which has 612 properties with a total of 10.9 million square meters, committed that by 2032, 20% of the consumption of its real estate portfolio be clean energy, to reduce its carbon footprint by 67% and increase gender diversity in its Technical Committee to 10%.
