- Italy is one of the countries that asks consumers for a Covid vaccination certificate or to access different establishments
- Given these measures, a young man tattooed his “Green Pass” in order to enter a restaurant
- The record was shared on social networks
Italy is one of the countries that adopted, as a measure to enter establishments such as bars, restaurants and others, a Covid certificate of vaccination or “Green Pass” by consumers.
The arrival of Covid-19 caused the closure of practically all the establishments (bars, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.) that we used to go to before the pandemic. Confinement led us to adapt to a very different life.
Given this, a new normal led us to create new consumption habits, from ordering food at home, clothes at home, etc., which, to date, has positioned itself as one of the modalities with the highest income projection for the next years.
As expected, little by little, the adaptation towards that “new normal” was taking flight and, currently, we live a different scenario (not better or worse, just different), although with great uncertainty still thanks to the progress of the Delta variant, the slow vaccination process and, now, the emergence of the Lambda variant, which, according to the authorities, is already in Mexico.
To stop Covid-19, some countries require “Green Pass” to enter bars and other places
Taking into account this panorama, in some countries and cities, the strategy to avoid more infections and, consequently, more deaths from Covid-19, is to ask or require consumers to be vaccinated against the disease. To verify this, it is necessary for customers to deliver their Covid vaccination certificate when they want to access any establishment,
For some clients, this initiative is an attack on their freedom and even discriminatory, since those who have not been vaccinated but are not infected cannot enter because they have not received any biological against the virus.
Others, on the other hand, have turned the matter around and have taken their desires to enter bars, restaurants, shopping centers and others, and lead a life closer to normality prior to the pandemic, when these activities were for everyday use.
To do this, a young man in Italy tattooed his covid certificate to gain access to different establishments. The tattoo artist, named Gabrielle Pellerone, took the record on her official Instagram account and shared the result. The publication has, so far, more than six thousand likes and has generated several positive comments.
Now, in the same way, he shared a video on his social networks where he shows how the tattoo of his covid certificate works and, in some way, puts on the table a creative idea to “load” with this document that, in the future, It could be a prerequisite to enter any place.
Let us also take into account that, in recent years, the use of tattoos became part of daily life. Nowadays, it is very common to see young people wearing their artistic works with total naturalness, something that, even in companies, no longer takes the same importance as before, when, for having a tattoo, they could fire their employees.
Without a doubt, thinking about the post-pandemic era, the idea of requesting a vaccination certificate to enter bars, restaurants, concerts, shopping centers or even the market, is a possibility that, at the moment, is only available in some countries.
Is it possible that companies can design this type of strategy in the future?
