Even though The Man made an image for Marvel fans, his appearance wasn’t always like that. In 1966, when Marvel characters began to star in their animated series, Stan Lee approached readers through television.
The Nerdist site rescued the presentation that Stan Lee made about Marvel animations and the characters that make up La Casa de las Ideas.
Stan Lee’s appearance was very different in 1966. The Man sported a different haircut with which he made his more than 40 movie cameos. His hair was short, and he still did not wear the characteristic glasses that accompanied him years later.
Already in the 70’s, Stan Lee let his hair grow longer, and in his appearance the glasses became an essential accessory in the appearance of the man who became one of the most recognized faces in comics.
