It seems that Xiaomi has an ace up its sleeve. Its new OLEDs will not be the only televisions that the brand will present during these months: Mi TV 5X is the new code name of the television that Xiaomi is about to launch in India.
Equipped with two stereo speakers with a nominal power of 40W and an array of microphones aimed at remote control and the use of smart assistants, this TV will be officially launched on August 26.
Xiaomi Mi TV 5X, new TV to close the summer
What better way to close August than by summoning us all to a global event where it is already rumored that we will see a new laptop, a speaker, a smartband and the aforementioned Xiaomi TV 5X. At 12:00 on August 26 we will leave doubts.
And little is known about this television, although it is certain that it will bet on quality audio vitaminized by two speakers of 20 W each. In front of the 65-inch Mi TV 4 that only had two 8W speakers, the difference is immense.
It is, in fact, the most powerful speakers ever mounted on a Mi TV and they will be compatible with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos standards. “We apologize to the neighbors of those users who choose Mi TV 5X”, reads a press release distributed by Xiaomi.
Beyond the joke, it seems that this TV wants to make up for the panels with a poor performance in the audio section. On the paper it is good, although we will have to see to what extent they have improved. And it still remains to know what qualities it will have in the visual section.
