Success after success. This is the path that Xiaomi has followed since it set out to enter the mobile phone market in 2010. After managing to surpass Samsung and become the brand that sells the most mobile phones in the world, now also leads the 5G telephony sector.
This is also demonstrated by the latest study contributed by StrategyAnalytics, through which it can be seen as Xiaomi, with sales of no less than 24.3 million devices, leads the 5G mobile sector with a share of 25.7%.
Terminals like the POCO M3 Pro 5G or the Redmi Note 10 5G are to blame for the success
As we can see below, Xiaomi leads the 5G telephony market as regards the second quarter of the year, probably thanks to terminals as cheap as the POCO M3 Pro 5G or the Redmi Note 10 5G.
Second we find Alive with a market share of 18.5%, while in third place it is located Oppo with a share of 17.9%. Beyond this TOP 3 we find Samsung with a share of 16.5% already Realme, that although it only has a 5.9% share, its growth in the number of 5G device sales has increased by 1773%, almost nothing …
The same thing happens to Lenovo-Motorola. Currently its market share is only 1.9%. Even so, its growth stands at 3480%, predicting that the next quarter will manage to climb quite a few positions.
