Another quarter more Xiaomi is once again positioned as the manufacturer that sells the most 5G smartphones worldwide, all this ahead of companies as important as Apple or even Samsung, which also has its range of cheap 5G devices.
According to the latest analysis provided by Strategy Analytics, Xiaomi has a market share, as far as 5G telephony is concerned, of 41.8%, in this case taking into account the third quarter of this present 2021.
But what is really interesting is found in the increase in sales. In the same quarter of 2020, Xiaomi only managed to have a market share of 4.3%, much lower than the one that Samsung had at that time of 34.3%.
Apple, Samsung and Realmea Xiaomi’s tail in the 5G market
In second place according to this new market analysis we find Apple. The bitten apple company has achieved a market share of 26%, while Samsung has seen its sales drop drastically to only achieve a share of the 11.5%.
For its part, Realme has managed to increase its market share to 7.2%, while OnePlus has lost prominence seeing how its 4.3% reached in 2020 has been reduced to a 2.5% market share.
