If you are an avid streamer, you will be glad to know that Xbox will add Twitch to the dashboard at some point in the future. Insiders can now test streaming to Twitch by going to the ‘Capture & Share’ tab and choosing ‘Live Stream’. They will need to link a Twitch account via mobile device or through the console settings, and once the account is linked, they will need to press the “Go Live Now” button to start streaming on Twitch.
As always, this feature will only be able to stream the game, so viewers will see a pause screen if the user navigates to home or to another app. In addition, it must be clarified that this feature will be rolled out to more Xbox Insiders users and eventually to the public in the coming weeks and / or months.

Xbox will add Twitch to the dashboard very soon
If you are an Insider and have been selected to test this feature, you can find it by navigating to the ‘Capture and Share’ tab and choosing ‘Live Stream’. Since Mixer ceased to exist, this type of integration was quite needed by streamers and users in general who eventually enjoy streaming content over this popular platform. But it seems that this function will take time to reach the general public.

For now the function is “totally incipient”, so looks like it could be in testing for quite some time. When the test is extended to all the insiders, we will know that it will be very little until it reaches the rest of the users.
