- Formula 1 will close with a concert by DJ Kygo at Foro Sol.
- The event will take place once the race is over and will last 50 minutes.
- On November 7, the Mexican Grand Prix will begin, where, without a doubt, the great attraction of the race is the Mexican driver, “Checo” Pérez.
DJ Kygo will be in charge of closing the Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix with an event at the Foro Sol in Mexico City, which will last 50 minutes.
It is clear that, for the government of Mexico City, headed by Claudia Sheinbaum, the Green Traffic Light is more than a reality and, because of this, massive events are already being reactivated.
Looking at the end of the year, at least, two major massive events are anticipated after several months: the Corona Capital Festival, which will take place at Turn 4 of the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome; and the Grand Prix of Mexico, also at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.
It is not that in these months there has not been any concert or event with several people gathered. In fact, when it comes to concerts, some places, like the Indie Rocks Forum! and others of small sizes, already had several events scheduled, although with limited capacity.
However, now that a large number of the inhabitants of Mexico City have their complete vaccination plan and that, in addition, they are in the Green Traffic Light, the reactivation of mass events will begin to take place from this 2021.
Thus, on November 7, the Mexican Grand Prix will be held at the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome, undoubtedly one of the most anticipated events by Formula 1 fans.
Although the great attraction of the race is the Mexican driver, “Checo” Pérez, the truth is that the closing event is causing a stir on social networks, because, somehow, for some users it feels like a return to the great concerts as they were lived before the arrival of the pandemic.
Through his official account, the Grand Prix of Mexico confirmed the participation of DJ Kygo to close the race, with a recital that will last 50 minutes and will serve to leave an important economic spill in this reactivation plan that the CDMX government is implementing this Green Traffic Light.

After the arrival of the pandemic, it has been difficult to return, even, to a medium normality as we knew it before 2020, when Covid-19 did not appear in our daily lives and did not force us to live with face masks all the time or almost everything time.
Along the way, there were attempts to get it back, but, as was the case with this contagious virus, it all fell apart little by little.
Now, with a large number of Mexicans with their complete vaccination schedule, Formula 1 fans will also be able to enjoy – whoever wants to join – a massive event at Foro Sol, as it used to be done before the pandemic.
From the outset, it is clear that the idea of Mexico City is to continue the economic reactivation of the country that, due to the virus, was highly affected and the recovery, according to the authorities, has not been easy.
As part of this initiative of the government headed by Claudia Sheinbaum, this year, both the Grand Prize of Mexico and the Corona Capital Festival are his two great bets to verify how viable it is to organize this type of event.
