A few years ago, Ninjacat became the Official mascot of the Windows Insider program. Appeared in publications from the Windows blog and even had memes and wallpapers by Microsoft. Microsoft recently presented at the last build the expected renewal of emojis for Windows 11. But this more than the joy of users, sparked controversy: Microsoft presented a 2D version of emojis, instead of a 3D version. Users were already getting used to the idea that emojis were going to be in 3D, or at least that is what the campaigns of marketing. But apparently this was a internal error that shows us the null Microsoft communication between departments.
But together with this controversy, another is unleashed: a Reddit user found that the new emojis did not include the Ninjacat. These emojis debuted in Windows 10 Anniversary Update, and since then they have not undergone modifications. We do not know if it was a error by Microsoft and in the future they will Appear, or instead it has been a deletion premeditated.
