Microsoft released Windows 11 Build 22478 yesterday to Channel Del of the Windows Insider program. Now is the turn, almost a month after the launch of the new Build for the Beta and Release Preview channel, thus reaching version 22000.282 on both channels. This is a Build focused on correcting countless bugs.

Windows 11 Build 22000.282 could be the November patch
- Fixed an L3 caching issue that could affect the performance of some applications on devices that have AMD Ryzen processors after upgrading to Windows 11.
- They have fixed an issue for a small number of users that prevents the Start menu from working and prevents them from seeing the updated taskbar layout after upgrading to Windows 11.
- Fixed a race condition that occurs during the first run that could cause a stop error.
- Solved a regression that could cause a stop error 0x38 on some computer configurations that use non-ASCII text in the registry.
- Fixed an issue with handling interrupts for certain processors that could cause devices to stop responding.
- Mitigated an issue that causes PowerShell to create an infinite number of child directories. This problem occurs when you use the command Move-Item PowerShell to move a directory to one of its array elements. As a result, the volume fills up and the system stops responding.
- Fixed an issue that causes the Server Manager application to disappear after using it to remove Hyper-V features. This problem occurs when you install Server Manager on Windows 11 clients using Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT).
- Fixed a threading issue that could cause the Windows Remote Management (WinRM) service to stop working when under excess demand.
- An issue that causes the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) provider host process to stop working has been terminated. This occurs due to an uncontrolled access violation that occurs when using Desired State Settings (DSC).
- Completed an issue that caused a device to stop responding when you forcibly shut down the device while updating a Group Policy.
- Localized the problem that caused errors in the migration of files between paths of the distributed file system (DFS) stored in different volumes. This issue occurs when implementing migration using PowerShell scripts that use the command Move-Item.
- Resolved an issue that prevented you from writing to a WMI repository. This happened after a low memory condition occurred.
- Fixed an issue with an encoded font in the PowerShell shortcut file distorting Japanese, Chinese, and Korean fonts. This update has corrected this problem for all newly created users on the computer. Existing users can use the C: Users Default AppData Roaming Microsoft Windows StartMenu Programs WindowsPowerShell Windows PowerShell.lnk file to open PowerShell and fix the problem. Alternatively, existing users can create a shortcut to this file on the desktop and use the shortcut to open PowerShell.
- Fixed an issue with parsing time formats in events where milliseconds are excluded.
- Resolved an issue that incorrectly renders some Enhanced Metafile Format (EMF) files. This problem occurs if you compile the EMF files using third-party applications with ExtCreatePen () and ExtCreateFontIndirect ().
- Administrators have been given the option to reset the zoom to the default for HTML dialog boxes in Microsoft Edge Internet Explorer mode.
- Fixed an issue with site list redirection from Internet Explorer 11 Enterprise Mode to Microsoft Edge. In certain circumstances, the redirect opens a site in multiple tabs in Microsoft Edge.
- Fixed an issue that causes Internet Explorer to stop working when entering certain characters in the Input Method Editor (IME).
- Fixed a problem with PropertyGet on JScript9.dll.
- Eliminated a memory leak that occurs when using nested classes within VBScript.
- Amended an issue that cannot maintain the Num Lock state after a fast boot reboot.
- Fixed an issue when moving certain application windows. Moving these application windows can be unusually slow if a File Explorer window is visible on the screen.
- Fixed an issue that intermittently prevented the Mail app from accepting keyboard input in the address and subject boxes.
- Completed an issue with the user interface for renaming files using folder view in File Explorer. The UI cannot properly handle inline composition with the new Japanese IME.
- Found and fixed an issue where using App-V intermittently causes black screens to appear when logging into the credentials page.
- Fixed an issue with an Internet print server not correctly packaging modified printer properties before sending the package to the client.

- Improved performance of MsSense.exe in environments with user datagram protocol (UDP) applications that require large amounts of bandwidth.
- Fixed an issue in Windows Defender Vulnerability Protection that prevented some Microsoft Office applications from working on computers that have certain processors.
- Enabled credentials for Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) users in Quick Assist.
- Eliminated an issue that sometimes prevented Quick Assist users from using full screen view after starting a remote assistance session.
- Fixed an issue where Set-RDSessionCollectionConfiguration does not set custom property camerastoredirect: s: value.
- Fixed IME mode instability in RemoteApp scenario. We must install this update on the Remote Desktop server and the Remote Desktop client.
- Fixed an issue that caused the IME toolbar to appear even when RemoteApp was closed.
- A page group memory leak of the registry keys for the Remote Desktop ID that occurs on explorer.exe.
- Made minor adjustments to the contrast theme colors, like making hyperlinks more distinct when you hover over them while using the desert theme.
- Localized what prevented narrator and other screen readers from announcing when the Start menu is open in certain cases.
- Fixed an issue that occurs if the search index is corrupted in certain ways; an error occurs when trying to search using the taskbar or File Explorer.

- Found the problem that sometimes makes the lock screen appear black if you set the slideshow.
- Fixed a reliability issue with LogonUI.exe, which affects the rendering of network status text on the credentials screen.
- Fixed an issue that prevented you from opening multiple instances of an application with Shift and clicking the application icon on the taskbar.
- Updated the visual design and animations of the Chat icon on the taskbar.
