According to studies, letting children get dirty when they play makes them healthier.
As parents we always seek to keep our children out of danger and disease. But they are restless by nature and they love to play with dirt, mud, with the dog and anything that makes them dirty. But according to some research, letting them get dirty will make them healthier children.
Experts recommend that dads relax and not chase after their children with soap in hand. They comment that for many years, children have been exposed to microbes and put their hands and various objects in their mouths all the time! Which is completely normal behavior and designed to strengthen your immune system.
Dr. Rook of the University of London states that keeping your child in a bubble affects his health and they discovered that there is a relationship between the lack of microbes in the stomach of children and the predisposition to develop asthma, diabetes, allergies, obesity and problems in brain development. Also, they recommend that you don’t fill them with antibiotics at the slightest provocation.
Although this does not mean that hygiene should not exist at home.
