-1/4 red pepper: 47.5 mg
-1/4 papaya: 47.5 mg
-1/4 cup kiwi: 41 mg
-1/2 medium orange: 30 mg
-1/4 cup broccoli: 30 mg
-3 medium strawberries: 21 mg
-1/4 cup pink grapefruit: 23 mg

Specialists from the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine (EU) recommend that children between 1 and 3 years old consume 15 milligrams (mg) of Vitamin C daily. And it is recommended that children between 4 and 6 years of age consume 25 mg daily.
It is very important that these amounts are respected, since an excessive consumption of Vitamin C in children can cause problems such as nausea, diarrhea and even gastritis.
