In a recent interview with Chris Wallace of CNN (via YouTube), the Australian actor revealed some secrets behind his portrayal of the popular adamantium-clawed mutant. And when asked directly whether or not he used steroids at some point in his career to put himself in Wolverine’s shoes, Hugh Jackman flatly denied it.
He commented that his love for the character did not reach that much, since he heard firsthand stories that were not positive about the use of those substances and their side effects. She realized then that it would be very expensive for her to take such a shortcut just because she wanted to build muscles more easily.
