As we explained, there will be four athletes from Mexico present at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. They are the following:
- Sarah Schlepper, who competes in alpine skiing
- Donovan Carrillo, representing Mexico in figure skating
- Rodolfo Dickson, who will also participate in alpine skiing
- Jonathan Soto, Mexican representative in cross-country skiing
When do athletes from Mexico participate and what chance do they have?
Rodolfo Dickson’s turn will be next Saturday, February 12 at 8:30 p.m. Mexico time. At that time you will be able to see his first race.
Sarah Schleper, meanwhile, will begin her participation earlier: this Sunday, February 6, from 290, Mexico City time.
A day later, on Monday, February 7, it will be Donovan Carrillo’s turn to see. He will compete from 7:30 p.m. Central Mexico time.
Finally, Jonathan Soto will be on the screens (it can be seen by Marca Claro and Claro Sport) on February 11. The 15 km classic style test starts at 1 am that day.
Regarding the probabilities of obtaining medals for athletes from Mexico at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, it is necessary to look at the background: in the PyeongChang edition in 2018, for example, Schleper and Dickson finished in 39th and 48th places, respectively. .
