The Serie The Book of Boba Fett is set within the timeline of The Mandalorian; it will tell the past of Boba Fett from The Empire Strikes Back, and it will explore the relationship between Boba and Fennec Shand, as well as their goal in occupying Jabba’s old throne.
In this story, Boba Fett and Fennec Shand have allied and know the mercenary business well, and although until now they had worked for others, they decide that it is time to start being the masters of their own destinies.
The production team is basically the same as the one who worked on The Mandalorian, with Robert Rodriguez, Jon Favreau, Bryce Dallas Howard and Dave Filoni in charge of directing the episodes, while Ludwig Göransson has been in charge of the music.
