The Island of Temptations has already returned to the Telecinco grid with new couples, new singles and Sandra Barneda as presenter. IN this fifth edition, the program is recorded again in Beach Villa and Paradise Villa. two mansions located in the Dominican Republic.
Both villas are located on the Sanama Peninsula. The first, Villa Playa, is one of the fixed locations since the reality show will land in Spain, while Villa Paraíso was the novelty of the last edition.
Villa Playa, a luxury villa
the veteran, Beach House Villa, It is a spectacular luxury mansion located on the beachfront of Cosón beach, in the bay of the same name. The house, surrounded by palm trees and with incredible views, has about 1,000 square meters, while the plot has more than 3,000 meters, and is located in the Los Nómadas residential complex with 24-hour security.
The house has 9 rooms and 8 bathrooms. Five of these rooms are on the ground floor, and another three are on the upper floor. The rooms are open spaces with a minimalist decoration although with touches of warmth thanks to the presence of wooden furniture, four-poster beds… the perfect setting to spend a luxury holiday.
But without a doubt, the crown area is the outer areas. A large covered terrace with a seating area, bar and outdoor kitchen opens onto the pool. An area that connects directly with the living room of the house, surrounded by sun loungers and with direct access to the sea. The house could not miss an American pool room either.
If by chance you are thinking of staying in this villa, you can do so by paying $2,200 per night; a figure that can increase up to 3,000 dollars a night at Christmas, New Year and Easter. What is not included in the price per night is the consumption of air conditioning.
Paradise Villa
Villa Paraíso is really called Rosabaya House. And to our liking, gives 50,000 laps to Villa Playa. This luxury house is located in front of the sea, in the heart of Playa Cosson (in Las Terrenas). The villa has two floors, and It was built in the year 2020. And that is evident in the decoration and in the atmosphere that is breathed throughout the house, full of details and quality materials.
The villa is only 60 meters from the sea, and has incredible tropical gardens in the more than 1,500 square meters of the plot. Inside, the mansion has 12 rooms (10 rooms plus two suites) full of design, wood, natural coatings, spectacular lamps… In total, the house can accommodate up to 27 guests.
The pool is no less spectacular, surrounded by a terrace of 300 square meters and with direct views of the sea. In addition, the villa also has a heated Jacuzzi for 20 people, 2 fully equipped kitchens and an outdoor bar.
The price for staying in this luxurious villa does not appear on the website of this villa, but in different media it is reported that spending the night costs $3,000 per night.
