“The airport administration received a communication from Viva Aerobus informing them of the decision to cancel the two routes,” reported the José María Córdova airport in Rionegro, Colombia.
Likewise, it was announced that the Mexican airline is attending to all the passengers who suffered inconveniences due to the cancellation of these flights, which It is presumed that it entered into force as of June 9.so in comments posted on social networks, various passengers have begun to show the effects of this decision, from complaints about customer service, to people stranded at different airports.
It is worth mentioning that it was during the month of February of last year that Viva Aerobus announced the Medellín-Cancún and Medellín-Mexico City routes, which offered a daily flightthese routes would be operated with an Airbus 320 aircraft, which is presumed to have a capacity for 186 passengers.
