A fat burning workout from home
As we have been seeing over the last few months, Virginia Troconis bases her training on a series of very complete HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardiovascular exercises. These exercises are practiced in intervals of high intensity, thus it is possible to burn fat and improve resistance.
Interspersing the exercises for 5 minutes with 3-minute breaks, the Venezuelan shows through Instagram Stories what her personal table of fat-burning exercises is, where squats, burpees and jumpings are present at all times. This type of cardiovascular training, if practiced at intensities greater than 60% of the reserve heart rate, uses the sugars in our body as an energy source.
