On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, a teacher surprised social networks by decorating her classroom with images of Valentín Elizalde, a singer known as “El Gallo de Oro”, who gained great popularity a few years ago.
It is already known and known by all that next February 14 is celebrated Valentine’s Day or also called “Love and Friendship Day”, one of the most popular and, above all, consumption dates, at least in Mexican society and others in Latin America.
For the second consecutive year, after the arrival of the pandemic, consumers will celebrate this date as they did in the years before the health emergency, but, more than that, by companies and brands that have joined in with everything type of campaigns, the expenses are expected to be significant.
Taking the latter into account, a recent survey indicates that Mexico is precisely the country in all of Latin America that celebrates Valentine’s Day the most.
On the other hand, Mexican consumers have placed themselves in the eleventh place of those who spend the most money on their gifts for the Day of Love and Friendship. A study reveals that, on average, the Mexican allocates up to 1,250 pesos in his gifts.
So, seen from this perspective, we are talking about a context in which, after the health emergency, some consumer habits are expected to return and generate significant expenses, be it gifts, trips to restaurants, the movies, and even , in ornaments.

As we mentioned above, Mexico is one of the countries that spends the most money on this type of date. According to data from the Mexican Online Sales Association (AMVO), Mexicans will spend between 50 and two thousand pesos, a figure that will be directed mainly at their partners.
An important part of the expenses that are generated on these dates has to do with decorations and, in this sense, there are various proposals or initiatives that usually surprise with their creativity.
For example, on TikTok, a video is attracting attention by showing the “wit” of a teacher, who, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, reminded the so-called “Golden Rooster”, Valentín Elizalde, with his ornaments .
