In the first place, each chef must send a video before July 12, which does not exceed 59 seconds, in which they tell at least their professional history, which country they want to represent and why they would like to participate in this paella contest, along with your CV, in English or Spanish, specifying your social networks. The best videos will go to the final phase and the public will be able to vote for their favorite until August 6.
A jury, made up of professionals appointed by the organization, will take into account the votes, the songs, the professional trajectory and the videos of those who compete; and will be in charge of selecting eight finalists and three reserves before August 13. This year, the eight finalists will be invited to go to Valencia to compete on September 20 live, in a format that will be revealed soon and will be broadcast via streaming.
The chef who wins the contest will receive as a prize the trophy that will accredit him / her as the winner of the second edition of the World Paella Cup and, in addition, all finalists will receive a personalized jacket and a certificate.
