The official account of Ukraine in Twitter A sarcastic caricature in which Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Putin can be seen was uploaded to the network this Thursday. He did it minutes after the Russian president ordered a military attack on various cities in Ukraine, including the capital, Kiev.
The image, which is trending on social media and has been shared hundreds of thousands of times, was posted as attacks continued in Kiev, Kharkov, Kramatorsk and Mariupol.
The caricature, whose author has not been revealed, at least in the publication of the Ukrainian State, has also generated thousands of responses, most of them favorable to the idea of those responsible for communication in that country.

Ukraine uses sarcasm on Twitter to communicate what is happening with the Russian attack
The Russian president ordered this Thursday, February 24, a series of special military operations in the eastern regions of Ukraine, including the entry of troops and bombing. “We have made the decision to start a military operation,” confirmed the Russian president in a message to his people.
He also said that other countries that want to intervene will suffer “consequences that they have never seen.” The verbatim sentence was as follows: “I am going to say some important words for those who are tempted to interfere in the ongoing events from other countries: whoever tries it with us, and threatens our people, must know that Russia’s response will be immediate”.
Historian Antony Beevor, and in line with the cartoon published by Ukraine, said: “Apparently, Putin has lost his mind. He says that his goal is the ‘demilitarization and denazification’ of the Ukraine when it is he who behaves like a distorted reflection of Hitler”.
A few hours after the bombings were confirmed, the head of the White House, Joe Biden, contacted the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and told him that he will work to achieve international condemnation of the attack. In addition, he advanced “severe sanctions” against Russia for the military actions.
The community manager who handles the official Ukraine account regularly uses sarcasm. This is an example from December last year:
