This Saturday September 9 Lima Alliance has a new opportunity to show that he wants with all his might to become the three-time champion of the League 1 Betsson. Visit to the Cantolao Academy in the framework of the date 12 of the Closing Tournament and it is of the utmost importance that he obtain the three points that will be in contention with a view to his maximum objective of the season.
To face this important game and achieve its mission, Alianza Lima continues training and in the meantime it has just added two of its soldiers classified as key in its structure. In the last days of League 1, both were not considered by coach Mauricio Larriera because they suffered from various muscle injuries, but now it seems that they will be part of the planning.
Jairo Conchamidfielder of important deployment and Ricardo Lagosfull-back with a combative spirit, recovered from their respective injuries. The first had a tear in the gluteus muscle and was absent from the last two dates, however, after doing the rehabilitation and complying with what was indicated by the medical area, he has been joining the group little by little and executes the exercises well in clear sign that his improvement is notorious and that he would be ready to compete.
Lefty ‘Richy’ Lagos is much better. He has been carrying out the work as normal for several days and there are no signs of that tear in the hamstring that kept him away from a Betsson League 1 date. As recalled, he did not play in Alianza Lima’s victory against Alianza Atlético and his place was taken by Nicolás Amasifuén who played an acceptable game and was valued by the Uruguayan coach.
The ‘soldiers’ (Concha y Lagos), -as Mauricio Larriera calls his players- are without injuries and would return to the eleven against ‘Delfín’. However, this is not the case of the Argentine center-back Santiago García who is recovering from the knee inflammation that took him out of the game against Cienciano in Cusco and everything that has been played since then. Nicolás Amasifuén is also in pain and is now working on his rehabilitation. The same happens with Cristian Benavente who underwent knee surgery in January of this year.
