What’s new about Twitter to prevent hate on its platform is a way that can identify users who use hateful or harmful language in order to block them.
Twitter is the social network of freedom and this has caused many of its users to hide behind false profiles in order to have an inappropriate behavior. It’s hard to navigate Twitter without encountering an insult or bawdy discussion.
And, it is that, it is increasingly common to see hurtful comments and people acting in a toxic way. Social networks have been trying for several years to adopt measures to prevent all these behaviors from lasting over time.

The last thing Twitter has done is add a new mode that, logically, is called safe mode. This new way of using the social network of Jack dorsey focuses on creating a smooth social media experience and skipping any unintended users.
The safe mode does not go with half measures, it will allow to temporarily block accounts that use a language classified as harmful. Not much has been specified about the details of this type of language.
We’ll be testing Safety Mode with a small group of people on Twitter in the coming months and expanding the pool of beta testers, as we receive feedback. Stay tuned for more updates and head to our blog to learn more about Safety Mode.https://t.co/ul8gsDMVIg

What is clear is that Twitter is taking the toxicity of its platform more and more seriously. Twitter has programmed the control algorithm in such a way that it will be able to identify interactions between friends or acquaintances who use a language of that style.
This is done in order to avoid unnecessary account locks that do not pose any danger to the social network. The new Twitter mode is not yet available to all users, at the moment only a small group will try this new feature.
To be able to test the safe mode of Twitter one of the requirements is to have the application in the English language. We hope this mode has enough feedback and development to launch for everyone.
