Twitch is planning a new incentive program for streamers in exchange for these show more ads during your streams. Basically, creators will be offered a fixed payment in exchange for streaming for a minimum number of hours per month and showing a minimum number of ads.
Yes you are a streamerboth affiliate and Partner of Twitch, the platform will offer you several personalized options that will result in a fixed monthly charge that varies depending on how many ads you show each hourthe length of those ads, and the number of hours you stream each month.
On Twitch, users pay a flat rate… per streamer
This incentive plan, which at least in theory sounds good for creators, is currently not working, but will soon enter beta. For now it is not known if it will be restricted to certain territories, or will be offered to all streamers globally.
These offers also will be different for each creator. The incentives offered to someone with thousands of followers are not going to be the same as those offered to someone with millions. To start charging, you must transmit the hours agreed in the offer and meet the requirements: number of ads + hours transmitted.
Update: Not live yet.
More details on how it works:
Step 1: Receive your personalized monthly offer.
Step 2: Select your preferred offer. We’ll set Ads Manager for you, once you select. (Offer amounts will vary by Creator)
Step 3: Stream + Meet Requirements.

For the users who consume the content, this means that surely we will be seeing more ads in the near future unless we payafter all, creators will see an opportunity here to improve their income.
The detail is that since Twitch works very differently from how a platform like YouTube works, for example, in which just pay YouTube Premium to get rid of ads on all videos and streams.
On Twitch you have to be subscribed to each creator individually to remove ads from their streams
This plan practically ensures an increase in the frequency and duration of ads during streams, but if we don’t want to see them, we will have to pay a subscription for each creator. Twitch also has different levels of subscriptions, but the most basic one, which removes the ads from a channel, costs 3.99 euros per month.
