The last installment of the series we could see on PlayStation 3.
Old-timers who have owned PlayStation 3 may remember that in the past there was a series of video games in which we got behind the wheel of cars to unleash chaos around us. This is just the premise behind Twisted Metal, a saga that has fallen into oblivion after almost ten years since its last installment, but which, curiously, is going to be revived in the form of a television series.
In this way, despite the fact that at the moment we only know some details about this Twisted Metal series, the truth is that we could be facing the imminent start of its filming, as it has been shown Anthony Mackie, one of its main actors.
Anthony Mackie speaks out about the filming of Twisted Metal
To put in context, it must be said that this actor is known for his role as Falcon at the MCUin the same way as after the events of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier series has taken up the mantle and legacy of Captain Americabeing already scheduled a new movie of the character in which this will be the great protagonist.
That said, knowing that Anthony Mackie would play John Doe, star of Twisted Metal, the actor was able to speak on the red carpet of the CMT Awards when asked about your next projectsbeing the new series the one that had a greater prominence, as you can see in the following tweet:

Thus, Mackie commented that filming would start soonnow eating very well to prepare for the role, so we will have to see the characterization they give him.
Having said all this, it must be said that Sony has bet very strongly with the adaptations of its video gamessince Twitsed Metal is just the tip of the iceberg, since to date we have confirmed The Last of Us series for HBO, as well as a new Ghost of Tsushima movie, these licenses being that come after the enormous success of Uncharted on its way through theaters.
