With reports of a live action version of the Spider-verse in No way home, many people want to see Tom Holland interact with the other two actors who have been commissioned to play Spider-Man in the flesh. Although at the moment there is nothing confirmed, a fan has been given the task of taking the MCU’s interpretation of this character, to the world of The Amazing Spider-Man, but not in the way you expect, as controversial deep fake technology plays a role in this work.
Recently, YouTube user Stryder HD shared a trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man, where the only difference is Tom Holland’s face on Andrew Garfield’s body. While there are people who may find this usage somewhat morally wrong, this gives us an interesting look at an alternate dimension, something that could well happen in the MCU.
Although at the moment there is nothing confirmed about the plot of Spider-Man: No Way Home, tape that will be released next December, reports have indicated that the participation of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield is imminent, especially considering that the multiverse has officially arrived in the MCU.
