One of the biggest updates Dead by Daylight has ever received is now available in the Behavior Interactive video game with a renewed progression system and the rework of dozens of perks, including all the most used. The reactions of the fans have been varied, but there seems to be a common element among all of them: the SoloQ or solo game is mortally wounded. Y this video demonstrates how Dead by Daylight has destroyed the solo game in the wake of the latest patch, which has made killers even more powerful and therefore helpless survivors who only seem to be able to survive by playing in communication with friends.
The video above, shared by WoodenPositive2978 on the Dead by Daylight Reddit, shows how the combination of three specific perks of assassin (which practically everyone is using) in addition to the 10 extra seconds of repair that are now required to complete a generator are making repairing an almost impossible task. In the clip we can see a survivor trying to finish a generator when the first perk pops up: one that makes skill checks constant when there is 10% left. However, the combo with another perk causes that, when hanging another survivor, the motor returns but the perk of the skill checks continues to do its function. Finally, the assassin is given time to arrive before the generator completes, and by abandoning the engine, the third perk blocks it.
Dead by Daylight debuts its collaboration with Attack on Titan by surprise
Users who continue to play Dead by Daylight premade have the option to agree and use all perks focused on repair in order to escape. Those who play solo do not have that option and they depend on the assassin not being too good or the teammates playing very well, which is not usual. Reddit has been filled with users who only play the role of assassin saying that the games are easier than ever and that the survivors barely manage to escape. In this way, Behavior has passed from having a problem with the rush gene to having the opposite: It is very difficult to repair playing solo. The solutions? They are not expected in the short term.
