It looks like magic, but it has simply taken advantage of factors within the game.
When we talk about Minecraft, and the incredible feats that are achieved within this title, we usually focus on creations made, undoubtedly, with the creative mode, since these they would be impossible to achieve in the original mode of the game. For those people who don’t know (because they have lived under a rock in the last 10 years), the base mode of Minecraft, that is, the one that is usually played, is the survival mode, in which you need to make things yourself , as well as be careful with your life and your hunger.
In order to satisfy this hunger we have several ways (especially because new foods have been added in the new versions), but there will always be two classics: hunting animals or having a farm of these, and having a crop with carrots, potatoes, wheat and others. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, but I think we will all agree that the fact of collecting crops is one of the most tedious tasks in this title (just behind waiting for these to have grown).
This is why we have been looking for a way to harvest crops automatically for years, but most solutions required mods that made things easier. This is where the user that we are going to talk about today comes in to teach us how to collect crops with a single click and without any type of mod.
It could save us a lot of time
This trick was shared through Reddit by a user of this platform known as “TabbyLV”. From now on I tell you that this is a tremendously confusing video at first, because we can see this user in some underground crops that he decides to plug with blocks of sand, in addition to later removing the different torches that were around the place. He then proceeds to remove a crop, but at that moment they all break as if he had used some kind of huge reaper (and of course gives him the corresponding food or object).
At first it may seem quite disconcerting, but if you keep in mind that crops break in the absence of light, everything becomes easier. Remember the old trick of flying sand blocks until you destroy one and the others fall? Well this is the same. destroying a crop those around have updated their statusand when detecting that there was no light, they have destroyed themselves as they normally would in the absence of it.
