There are plenty of reasons not to watch any of Bloodborne.
Throughout the life of PS4 they passed multiple games that marked the players, being so that Horizon Zero Dawn, Marvel’s Spider-Man, God of War, among many others make up the top of the best console games by most users. However, if there is a title that caused a real furor that was Bloodborne, From Software’s exclusive title for the previous generation console and that today is one of the most requested to return in any way.
This is because, to be clear, fans of the game are worth anything to re-experience the Bloodborne adventure, with requests ranging from a port for PS5 and/or PC to a simple patch that improves the performance of the game on the new Sony console, this being something that has already been done with titles like God of War that runs at 60FPS. However, everything indicates that we are going to have to wait sitting down, being so now reasons have been given for this silence.
Elden Ring, Sony and the complexity of its code would be the causes of not seeing anything new from Bloodborne
Recently Jeff Grub has participated in an episode of Xbox Expansion Pass, answering questions regarding various titles, including Bloodborne and any possible project related to the IPbeing so that he completely denied it with an explanation of the reasons behind this absence.
Apparently the explanation is doublesince on the one hand Elden Ring has been a priority in From Software, being so that the possible resources that would have been destined for a Bloodborne project were focused on the most recent title of the study. In fact, even with the game released, still working on Elden Ring due to all the updates that this has been receiving.
On the other hand, and being the reason with more weight, he has pointed out that being Sony the owner of the IPthis implies that it is not necessary for From Software to be in charge of carrying out any brand project, since another studio could work on Bloodborne. This is not unreasonable considering that Bluepoint Games was responsible for the remake of Demon’s Souls. Of course, due to the complexity in the code of Bloodbone, Grubb affirms that it would not be so easy to make a new game.
Therefore, everything indicates that we will have to keep waiting to see something from Bloodbone. Until then, remember that the title is available on PS4with the possibility of playing on PS5 thanks to backward compatibility, but without improvements.
