After a considerable delay, Grand Theft Auto V arrived last Tuesday March 15 at PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Now that several days have passed, the different content creators have already had the opportunity to publish all kinds of comparisons and one of them shows us that there was a specific console that is having problems with the game.
via his channel Youtubethe user known as TheBitAnalyst shared a video where we can see GTA V running in PS5, Series X, and Series S. This latest console, as expected, fails to maintain a stable frame rate per second.
In the mode Performancethe S-series It typically hits an average frame rate of 40FPS, but when there’s not much action on screen, the little console manages to hit 60FPS. Similarly, the quality of textures and other details are practically identical in these three consoles.
To who Atomix we also had a chance to play the next-gen version of GTA Vand you can know our impressions by clicking on the following link.
Publisher’s note: It is surprising that, being a game from almost 10 years ago, the S-series have trouble running it. We’ve seen other more current titles offer much more solid and stable experiences on this console, so there is no reason why the Rockstar Games game should have these ups and downs in its performance.
