A fan gets ahead of Bethesda and creates his own version of Starfield
In the absence of new Starfield material, which will be fixed during Xbox and Bethesda June event, a fan has decided to create your own Starfield trailer with Unreal Engine 5. A trailer for a fictional game, of course, but with an outstanding finish that we wish was real.
This fictional Starfield trailer takes a tour of three planets: Alcyoneus, Decanus and Victoria. Enfat Terrible, youtuber creator of this trailer, pulls from the classics to create each environment. Alcyoneus would be like a mix between Tatooine, from Star Wars, and Arrakis, from Dune. A desert planet, which is dedicated to mining or some other industrial activity, with large facilities, etc.
Decanus would be like a super industrial planet dedicated to the storage and distribution of goods, with tens of thousands of cargo containers and automated robots. victory would be futuristic megacity What can we expect in a science fiction universe like this one that seems to drink from classics like Blñade Runner. It doesn’t seem like a very welcoming place to visit.
Apart from these invented locations, the youtuber offers some examples of flight and chases with spaceships, exploration on foot or by land vehicle. Things that are expected to be present in the Bethesda game as well. What remains to be seen is whether its engine will manage to deliver a graphic finish like the one in this fictional trailer made in Unreal Engine 5.
Initially planned for November 11, 2021, the 10th anniversary of Skyrim’s release, just a few days ago Bethesda confirmed that both Starfield and Arkane Studios’ Redfall are pushed back to 2023.
Upcoming Xbox Releases
Starfield and Redfall will not be between the Xbox and Bethesda releases this year, but they will not miss the event on October 12. They are also expected to lots of first party game announcements and third party game news. According to the latest rumours, almost every Xbox Game Studios team would have something to show for the event. Will any of them come out this year?
