One of the companies that has gotten into quite a few problems with labor complaints is Ubisoft, because over time statements have come to light that are not favorable towards the French company. And now, through a new statement, it is ensured that none of the requests made by employees have been fulfilled, thus going completely ignored.
In order to combat labor injustices, the account of A Better Ubisoft in Twitter, which is made up of both current and former workers of the developer to give testimonials. And although a year has passed since the open letter was signed, executives have not complied with a single demand from employees.

In addition to this, the four key points that have not been finalized are addressed once again: The first of these is to stop promoting known criminals from one studio to another without repercussions. Afterwards, a collective seat at the table is requested to have a meaningful opinion on how Ubisoft get moving. There is also talk of cross-industry collaboration to agree on a set of ground rules and processes that studios can use. Finally there is the extensive involvement of employees in non-executive positions and union representatives.
For now, it is confirmed that 25% of people who signed last year are no longer working there, in turn the number of women hired is very low for a company standard.
