Inspired by the eighties series of the same name created by Michael Sloan and Richard Lidheim, Robert McCall’s story has gained a loyal cult of fans on the big screen, thanks to a combination of action, suspense, drama and mystery that rests on the shoulders of a true Hollywood star. Here we tell you where to watch all the movies The Justice (The Equalizer).
After their fruitful collaboration in Training Day (2001), director Antoine Fuqua and two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington reunited to introduce us to Robert McCall. A former member of the US Marine Corps and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), who faked his death, after refusing to continue taking the lives of innocents for the ‘common good’. However, he is unable to ignore the atrocities around him, so he becomes a champion of particular causes, an avenger for the exploited and oppressed.
So far there are three films that make up the saga, with ideas floating around for a possible prequel. Do you want to catch up? Next, we tell you where to watch the movies The vigilante
