1. Think and become rich
This Napoleon Hill book is a personal finance text that explains how people can achieve financial success. The publication places importance on setting financial goals, developing a plan to achieve them, and maintaining the discipline to achieve success. It is known as the most famous and effective method of making money. To write it, Napoleon Hill interviewed the 500 richest families in the United States, who revealed to the author the origin of his fortune.
2. The Smart Investor
By Benjamin Graham and first published in 1949, it is a widely acclaimed book on value investing. The book provides strategies on how to successfully use value investing in the stock market. It is based on value investing, an investment approach that Graham began teaching at Columbia Business School in 1928 and later refined with David Dodd. This sentiment was echoed by other Graham disciples such as Irving Kahn and Walter Schloss. In fact, it is said that Warren Buffet himself (considered the best investor in history), was inspired by this book when he began to invest in the stock market.
3. The monk Who Sold His Ferrari
It is a self help book by Robin Sharma, a motivational speaker and writer. The book is a business fable derived from Sharma’s personal experiences after leaving his career as a lawyer at the age of 53. Basically the book focuses on how the character’s life revolves around money and how he is looking for what is worthwhile in life. Without a doubt, a great reflection that will help you give another meaning to your work, business or money.
4. The millionaire next door
It was written by business and finance experts Thomas J. Stanley and William D. Danko, which is an in-depth investigation of millionaires in the United States, having quite interesting encounters. According to experts, millionaires are found in neighborhoods of middle-class workers, not so much in “luxury” communities. In addition, they say that millionaires do not focus on generating and having things for their lifestyle, which allows them to be millionaires.
5. Wealth Map
This book is the extra on this list and the author is me. This is my second book of three that I have written. The Wealth Map book is not just another book that talks about Financial Freedom, it is the only book that shows you through simple, practical and implementable methodologies, strategies and tools, how to achieve Financial Freedom in 3 years or less. Some of the things he teaches are:
- How money works, what are the dynamics that allow you to predict your future results and how to make them work in your favor.
- How to develop your Personal Financial Freedom Plan and monitor it monthly to make it a reality.
- How to guide you through the Wealth Map to make 99% of your financial decisions focused on expanding your Net Wealth and your Net Cash Flow.
- How to implement the methodology (stage by stage) modeling the case of an entrepreneur, business owner, independent professional and businessman.
