The leaks have just confirmed that Samsung’s next flagship will be ready to run Xbox games. It may sound absurd, but thanks to the improved connections, cloud games are a reality. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be able to run up to 90 Xbox installments without any problem based on the Project xCloud service. This service is similar to Google Stadia, but it belongs to Microsoft and not Google. It allows users to play different games without having to download or have them on a CD.
Project xCloud on Note 20: triple-A games on an Android mobile
Project xCloud will debut on the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra thanks to Xbox Game Pass. This is Microsoft’s service to be able to play different games without having to pay for them, simply by paying a monthly fee. Users who have this service can also play the main games on their Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The dynamics will be very similar to what Google Stadia currently has.
To play it will be necessary to have an Xbox controller and connect it via Bluetooth to the device. Then just download the application in question and select a game. This game will not run on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra but in the cloud. For this reason, it is important that the Internet connection is perfect. Not worth a few MB of ADSL.
With this system, you can play console games on an Android mobile in a simple way and almost anywhere in the world. We already know that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be the first, although there will be more compatible devices in the future. Maybe even the rest of the Note 20 series mobiles can use the Project xCloud service.
If you have an Xbox console and were thinking of buying any of the Galaxy Note 20, this is very good news for you. The bad news is that these services will not be available to most users, since mid-range terminals are not usually compatible with platforms such as Google Stadia or Project xCloud.
what do you think about this news? Would you like to enjoy this service?
