This Friday morning, the National Prosecutor’s Office raided the National Sports Village (Videna) again due to the investigation being carried out against Agustín Lozano and other members of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF), for alleged acts of corruption. . Once these procedures were completed, the Public Ministry used its social networks to provide details of the procedures that were carried out in the San Luis facility.
“Third Specialized Corporate Supraprovincial Prosecutor’s Office against Organized Crime (3rd Team) carries out proceedings in the National Sports Village (Videna) as part of the investigation carried out against Agustín Lozano and other members of the Peruvian Football Federation“, reads the post published by the organization on its official X account (formerly Twitter).
According to Provision No. 30, of Fiscal Folder 56-2022, this raid is part of “the investigation carried out against Agustín Lozano Saavedra and others, for the alleged commission of the crime of Criminal Organization and others, to the detriment of the State and Others”. For this reason, they ordered “collect all documentation and information in accordance with the provisions of 2.5 of this Tax Provision, at the FPF facilities” and “notify this Tax Provision, in accordance with the formalities of the law”.
It should be noted that this is the third time that the National Prosecutor’s Office raids Videna. The first intervention took place on March 2. On that occasion, the Public Ministry reported on its social networks that investigations were carried out at the San Luis campus.as part of the investigation of the president of said entity, Agustín Lozano, for the alleged crimes of criminal organization, extortion and others”.
