Layout is already among us to be able to make the best collages from Android after it landed on iOS precisely in March of this year. A very interesting application that comes from Instagram and that lends itself to being one of those apps that allows you to make very cool compositions as you can see below.
This ability to make collages that Instagram launches with Layout comes with an aspect ratio of 1: 1, as millions of users of this incredible social network, have wished. Layout arrives with the aim of creating collages to include several images in the same photograph and thus make a great composition with the hundreds of photos that we can have on our device.
Instagram Layout
Instagram finally decided to create an independent app to create collages and not integrate them into its social network. In this way, Facebook grows with one more app to add to its ecosystem, and on the other hand, the user can focus from Layout on creating the best possible collages, with a well-designed application that focuses on what it focuses on.
The best thing about Layout is its simplicity of use and that it allows the user to create a collage quickly and with hardly any mess. For this, Instagram has put the batteries in and has managed to create the appropriate interface so that each of its options is perfectly navigated. And if the performance is maximum, the design of the application also goes hand in hand, which makes it a great app in itself with a great objective and that is none other than making high-quality collages.
Step by step with Layout
The first time we launch Layout, we find a simple mini-tutorial that shows us the steps to follow to create a collage. After this tutorial, we access the main screen of the application, where we find at the bottom, the gallery of images from which to select those that will participate in that great collage that awaits us to be shared on different social networks. From this area, we can determine the images that appear in three categories: gallery, faces and recent. In this way, we can search for photos quickly without wasting time at all.
The other half remains for the composition itself, which will be automatically modified as we add images. The collage format can be selected by making a swipe and thus moving on to another until we find the desired one for our collage.
Once one has been selected, we go to the collage editing mode in order to place the photographs well in each of the arranged boxes. We choose one, and by long pressing and moving our finger, we can slide it to place it in the desired location. We can do this with the different pictures until we get the collage we want, and even from the shooters, we can modify the size of each one. Aside from what it is to place it, we also have three notable options at the bottom of this edit mode: replace, mirror and flip. The last two are responsible for modifying the X-axis and Y-axis of the image to find another way to display the image.
Finally, we will have the option to share the collage created with this wonderful application that at the moment is only compatible with some phones, but for others, you can access its download from the link below.
