Companies can promote health and well-being in the workplace in different ways. First, you can offer programs with physical activity, nutrition education, stress management, and other aspects related to health.. These programs can be implemented with advice from experts on the subject or by forming an internal team dedicated to promoting the health of workers.
Another way that companies can promote health is by creating a healthy work environment.
