A new member has joined the Huawei catalog of mobile devices: the P40 Lite 5G.
According to a leak from WinFuture, the new Huawei P40 Lite 5G would be a vitaminized version of the original P40 that was already released a few months ago and stood out for being a very complete mid-range with a very attractive price.
Within the leaked specifications about the new member of the P40 family, we find that the smartphone will have the possibility of connecting to 5G networks. In addition, it equips an updated photographic system, but its design line remains in relation to the other models in this line.
Huawei P40 Lite 5G: Better processor and greater connectivity
This smartphone would also be a very complete mid-range since it could have a Kirin 820 processor and a 5G modem; that is, we would be talking about an update to the Kirin 810 that already integrates the Huawei P40. The 128 GB of internal storage itself is maintained and would work, together, with an 8 GB RAM memory.
On the other hand, the screen would be 6.5 inches with Full HD + resolution and IPS technology. Like many other devices on the market, the Huawei P40 Lite 5G would avoid the notch and integrate a hole for the 16 MP front camera with f / 2.0 aperture.
The body of this cell phone would be defined by aluminum and glass, integrating a quad-camera module at the rear. The setup would be spearheaded by a 64MP main sensor with f / 1.8 aperture, an 8MP f / 2.4 ultra-wide-angle camera, a macro sensor, and a depth sensor, both 2MP.
Among other features, the Huawei P40 Lite 5G would come with a battery, not inconsiderable, with 4,000 mAh capacity with a fast charge of 40 W. Like other Huawei smartphones, this model would come with EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10, but it would lack Google services and apps.
For now, it is not known when Huawei could present its new device, so we will be watching for price and availability.
