Nintendo was one of the first companies to feature a futuristic racing series in F-Zero, but it’s been several generations since we saw the last installment in the series and it doesn’t look like Nintendo is going to revive it any time soon. Fortunately, Redout exists and today Nintendo Switch players can now play Redout 2 by 34BigThings.
Redout 2 arrived on June 19 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, PlayStation 5 and PC, proposing a futuristic racing-style evolution of the first Redout. The new Redout 2 is not a friendly experience for casual players, but a game aimed at hardcore gamers who want to become true futuristic pilots and is now available on Switch.

Redout 2 is the most ambitious game in the series and offers us races in which we run at speeds of over 1,000 km/h, with an extensive career mode, competitive multiplayer and extensive vehicle customization. Redout 2 also features a futuristic electronic genre soundtrack and a robust photo mode.
In my review of Redout 2 (in its Xbox One X version) I said that it is not a game suitable for casual, as it requires you to spend a lot of time to learn and master its game mechanics before you have a chance to compete in the competitions. intermediate difficulties, not to mention the highest.
