The screen change of the new Apple Watch Series 7 seems to be causing the occasional headache.
The new Apple Watch Series 7 is already on the street. Just a few days ago, the first units of the new Apple smartwatch began to leave the warehouses and reach the homes of users. Now the world can see with their own eyes what this peculiar generation of the watch looks like, one that does not end up being a great change with respect to the Series 6, but that has also managed to conquer many.
The great novelty of the Apple Watch Series 7 is directly on its front. A larger screen, which also offers the illusion of extending beyond the edges. This feature, without being the change that made the jump from Series 3 to Series 4, has improved the user experience significantly. It has even made it possible to introduce a virtual keyboard natively.
Did you add nice vector icons to your watch app alongside support for Series 7? Well, hope you like blank icons when your users install your apps today đ
Doesnât reproduce on the Series 7 simulator, fine on all my other watches. I am not pleased.
See it with @CARROT_app too. pic.twitter.com/A3WVjGDZS5

On the other hand, it also seems to be having its drawbacks. In the end, without being a gigantic change, it is important for the developers, that they must adapt their apps to the new screen. However, it is in this process where they could be having problems due to a strange bug that makes the app icons disappear from the clock menu, as they teach from Twitter.
Of course, this does not imply that the apps have disappeared, but for some reason, Apple Watch cannot display its icons. This occurs in both the mosaic view and the list mode, although the name of the app does appear in the latter, so it is possible to access it.
For now, there is no way to solve it, beyond access apps via list view from the Apple Watch menu, to which we can change by keeping our finger pressed on the watch menu.
