The wait is finally over. This Wednesday, October 4, Google presented the long-awaited Pixel 8 and its 8 Pro versionwhich are characterized by having a variety of fascinating updates with respect to their previous versions, such as, for example, its impressive 50 megapixel main camera and the Tensor G3 processor for artificial intelligence functions.

The new series of phones was officially presented at the event Made by Google. In addition to the number of pixels mentioned, the cameras contain a field of view of 82º, with the great ability to record 4K videos at 24, 30 or 60 frames per second. The Pixel 8 has a sensor that is complemented by a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 125.8º field of view.
Regarding the Pixel 8 Pro, it has a three-lens system and a 48-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 125.5º field of view, autofocus and macro mode. In addition, its features include a 48-megapixel telephoto lens that captures up to 56 percent more light, with capacity for up to five times optical zoom and up to 30 times high-resolution zoom.
Editing functions have also been included for advanced or professional users that allow you to adjust the focus or shooting speed. Regarding recording, the real tone function has been incorporated into the videos, which reproduces the real tone of the person’s skin, and the magic eraser has been extended to the audio, to be able to eliminate annoying noises.
