We have recently seen that some companies have been affected in terms of image and even economically, due to some situations presented where they show an unfavorable work environment in their employees. Among the main problems presented are sexual harassment, bad salaries, unworthy work and other types of inconveniences, even in some of the most important companies today. This showed the Mexican population that in effect, Metro workers were not satisfied with how they were treated, showing that the Metro is not one of the best companies to work for, damaging its brand image.

According to the study of Happiness and Work carried out by the Mexican Sustainable Growth consultancy where 1,500 professionals in Mexico were surveyed, it stands out that the best companies that were considered to work by employees, they registered better results than those that showed deficiencies. Employees who registered “feeling good” while working, managed to register 33 percent more energy and dynamism, resulting in greater efficiency and productivity in their work; in addition to even reducing the risk of occupational accidents by 300 percent, and achieving greater adaptation to changes.
Similarly, having one of the best companies to work for, shows a positive image to the world, so that in addition to the fact that employees are happy, proud and not afraid to show the place where they work, this draws the attention of new talents who are looking for new job opportunities.
Fostering a good work environment supports companies to improve their image in the world, avoid possible complications from employees who do not feel satisfied, avoid image crises and even increase effectiveness of our company.
