One of the shots shows Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne’s butler and Batman’s great ally. And in another sequence the Batmobile circulates through the streets of Gotham City, with flames coming out of its escape.

In addition to The Batman, Matt Reeves is already preparing a spinoff series focused on the Gotham Police Department, which will reach the digital platforms of Warner Bros. and DC Comics.
The Batman will star Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle / Catwoman, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot / The Penguin and John Turturro as crime boss Carmine Falcone.
They will also be Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, while Andy Serkis will play Alfred Pennyworth.
The premiere of The Batman in theaters is scheduled for March 4, 2022.
