The revised Audi e-tron Facelift, and e-tron Sportback Facelift 2023, have once again been surprised in tests. Spy photos show a couple of prototypes still with significant camouflage on them that obscures design changes.

The last time prototypes of the Audi e-tron FaceliftY e-tron Sportback Facelift 2023, it was at the beginning of last winter in northern Europe, where the mark with the four rings was moved for the relevant tests of extreme cold. Now, the two top-of-the-range SUVs from the brand with the four rings have reappeared in a somewhat milder climate in the Alpine region of Austria’s Tyrol.
The two electric models from Audi have been hunted on the road and also during a technical stop to recharge their batteries, with the same camouflage that we have seen so far in other test units. A thin chrome profile on the upper edge will be responsible for joining the headlights that will not change the original shape, but will the internal distribution of the projectors. The end vent vents also remain vertical but will adopt a narrower design. Minor changes also at the rear, where the pilots also remain practically intact, except for the light signature.
Audi will also deeply review the interior of these two models, betting on a greater technological load to not lose the trail that has elevated the most familiar model to success, facing a competition that has been stomping. Therefore, a thorough review of the dashboard is expected, mounting a more modern digital instrument panel, as well as new comfort equipment and safety assistants.
Road of the year in tests, the Audi e-tron will also improve one of the key aspects that was already one of the best arguments: the performance of its battery, both in terms of capacity and charging performance, reducing recharging times and, at the same time, adding a plus in autonomy. Where changes are not expected is in the power specifications of the electric motors.
