Apple’s best analyst once again claims that the Apple Watch Series 7 will drastically change its design this year.
The Apple Watch Series 7 is about to be presented, everything indicates that it will be launched next to iPhone 13 next week. We already know a lot about this new model, and now Apple’s best analyst reveals that it will be the biggest redesign in its history. In addition, it also reveals information about its production and rumors of delay.
Mark Gurman recently revealed that the Apple Watch Series 7 would be launched in September, but that it would do so in limited quantities due to production problems. However, now Ming-Chi Kuo contradicts this information assuring that, although the first batches of Apple Watch Series 7 were affected by problems of sensitivity of the touch panel, Apple and its vendors have recently resolved these issues and now they are ready for imminent mass production, with “mass shipments due by the end of the month.”
Also, Kuo says that the most important feature of the Apple Watch Series 7 will be the “drastic change in design”, as Apple is moving the design of the iPhone 12 to its watch, with flat sides and square edges. This matches the rumors we’ve heard, and the designs that have been leaked.
Apple Watch Series 7 will have the biggest redesign in its history
All the rumors and the most important analysts suggest that Apple Watch Series 7 will undergo the biggest redesign in its history. However, it will continue to maintain its essence with a rectangular screen, Apple still does not bet on a round design.
This redesign could lead to something that we never wanted to happen: current bands may no longer be compatible with the Apple Watch Series 7, and new ones that are released will not be compatible with previous models either. We’ll see if this is new in this regard, such as the rumored and patented smart straps.
